I LOVE chips, but not just any chips... I love good honest fries. I'm talking hand cut BRITISH sourced potatoes, skins on, double cooked in rapeseed oil, so they're just the right amount of crunchy & fluffy...and best of all I love them with fresh, mouth-watering flavours from around the world!
I am on a mission. A mission to change the perceptions of fries! Fed up with eating substandard chips I decided to revolutionise the Fries served in the UK starting right in the heart of the London Street Food scene. Everyone loves Fries right? Then why do so many restaurants and fast food joints serve such low quality chips? It's about time Fries take centre stage on our menus.

I am on a mission to SAVE THE POTATO! A long time staple of our diet, the humble potato has experienced a huge decline in sales over the past decade. As CARBS have become the enemy of many nutritionists, the poor potato has suffered very badly. However, the truth is the potato is a wonderfully versatile vegetable, home grown on BRITISH soil. I love how versatile they are. How you can turn something so simple into something so...exotic. These days it's all about "courgette fries", "polenta fries". They disguise themselves as the 'healthy' alternative, but in reality - when cooked correctly, potato fries will offer the same, if not MORE nutritional value! With skins on - you're guaranteed a great deal of fibre and with my fries I won't waste such a valuable source of nutritional goodness! Cooked in rapeseed oil, which is high in mono-unsaturated and poly-unsaturated fats, omega 3 and Vitamin E - I've taken the healthiest options possible to create these tasty treats.
